PRODUCTS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING
All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check the product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made with 48 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include a full description of the damages to the product. Upon approval, damaged products may be returned and the replacement product will be sent.
RETURNS
Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Emerald Med CBD will only accept returns and refunds from purchases made on emeraldmedcbd.com. Emerald Med CBD cannot facilitate returns for a purchase made in a retail store, pharmacy, or doctor's office.
We can accept returns within 14 days of delivery. We realize everyone needs different products and products affect everyone differently. We want to make sure you get a product that's helpful for you. If you don't feel a difference from your product you can return it. Please note the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Process:

Email admin@emeraldmedcbd.com in the 14 day time limit that you would like to return your product. A representative will confirm the return shipping address.

Once you have shipped your return product, please email the tracking number to admin@emeraldmedcbd.com .

When your return is received, we will issue a refund and email you a confirmation. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund amount to post.
